Upon his return to New Brunswick, Ngola did not self-isolate, but this was consistent with other health physicians. He had been seeking an apology from Premier Higgs, who linked increased N.B. COVID numbers to “1 individual”. Since the accusation, Ngola received death threats and racist insults, per court documents. Stalked and told to “go back to Africa”. As of this video, Premier Higgs has not apologized.
